2004 Toyota Tacoma V6 PreRunner 2 Door Automatic

Vehicle starts and runs smooth but loss of power when in drive.Max speed 30 mi.per hr.My mechanic has called me for help and has exhausted all normal checks. Catalytic converters have good flow.No chk engine light HELP!
