May be something silly or I’m doing something wrong. My power windows quit working other than my passenger window. Passenger window works from master switch and passenger switch. My driver and 2 back windows want do anything. I replaced master switch and all fuses and still nothing. Funny thing, when I hit my driver side window switch for driver window, my tailgate tries to lock and unlock. Rear windows don’t even click or anything. Need help on this!

If you have changed any wiring and or added aftermarket electrical doodads, I would start with those. There is a process to reset the window switches, but since you mentioned the driver's switch is triggering the tailgate lock, it sounds like something is crossed.

Almost sounds like someone did an aftermarket tailgate lock and tried to wire it to the door lock switch but got the window switch instead. Maybe didn't get all the wires properly sorted out. I'd check the kick panel and then the door panel and see if you find anything goofy.

Have you had the battery disconnected for anything?

The guy had something that was tied in to the factory radio. I had to get them to fix the steering wheel control. I didn’t know if the 2018 came factory with the tailgate lock or not. The battery was replaced at the dealership before I bought it! I am going to pull the door panel tomorrow and check it out. Didn’t think about that but that’s probably what happened or replace the tailgate locked and wired it wrong lol. What threw me for a loop is today I opened the door and go out and my tailgate was trying to lock and unlock on its own while the truck was sitting there at idle.

Ewwfff, I suspected some sort of electrical butchery, I hope you get it figured out. Some can take quite a bit of work to un-F.

Do you have auto on all your windows or only the driver's front?
Makes a big difference on how the windows are wired and set up.

I have auto on the 2 front windows not on the back 2. The driver door doesn’t lock or unlock with the vehicle in drive or park or with the switch or the FOB. It will lock and unlock manually with the key. But when I hit the driver side window switch my tailgate try’s to lock and unlock. I’m taking it back Wednesday for the to trouble shoot but before I’m going to follow the tailgate lock and remove the door panel. I’m suspecting something between master window switch, driver door lock actuator and tailgate lock actuator

Pretty sure that it's gonna be with Jam Protection but looking at the diagrams I'm wondering if your maybe missing the Ground to the master switch on Pin 1 White/Black wire.

I have the ground black/white going to the pin. But I haven’t traced back anything. Is there a door jam protection switch? And I appreciate the diagrams!

There is also in the door a white 2 prong switch with a dark green and light green pigtail that’s just sitting there not plugged into anything

No it's all logic between the window motors, master & slave switches, and Body ECU.
The rear windows are still conventional power/ground switched though.

Ok yeah I have no power no clicking or anything to back windows! Just clicking from driver window switch and going to tailgate and passenger window works fine from both switches. I’m just going to have to pull the door panel off tomorrow. Would the door lock actuator switch be bad and have anything to do with it? All my door locks work with everything except the driver door lol

The only thing the door locks and windows have in common are the master switch and Body ECU.

Have you checked all powers and grounds to the master switch?
Should have Power on Pin 3 (Red) and Pin 13 (White) and Ground on Pin 1 (White/Black).

Do the rear windows work from their respective switches?

I haven’t checked power yet, was going to bring a multimeter home tomorrow from work. And no the switches on the rear don’t work either. Only switches that work is passenger side switch and window. The window lock switch on the master switch, the passenger window switch on master switch and the lock and unlock switches on master switch. All doors lock and unlock from driver and passenger side switches, from the key and from the fob except for driver door.

Certainly possible you have multiple wires broken in the door flex, it's not uncommon.

I'd start with power and ground checks at the master switch though.

Just an update, found the issue and it was very simple. I was following wire back into the cab from under the truck that went right up by fuse box by driver foot. Decided to pull the panel off and found the plug that goes to the master switch and stuff unplugged. Plugged it in and everything is back to normal. Appreciate everyone’s help!
