Best of luck to you but even if someone donated a pristine frame to you it would be of no assistance as the cost to swap the frame would be well outside of what a reliable used vehicle would be. Best sell the Tundra for what you can get out of it and buy something else with whatever you get.

A frame and replacement is a tough ask. From a forum that is not dedicated to the truck you have. Worth a shot I suppose. Unfortunately many of these trucks have been put out to pasture due to frame rot. My dad had a pristine 06 Tundra crew cab. One Sunday morning while doing a simple brake job at 65,000 miles I discovered the frame was trashed. He stopped by to get his truck and asked why it had a for sale sign in the window and I told him that he did not want to know. Sold it for $11k with full disclosure of the frame issues a few weeks later. And it was repairable.
