Okay suddenly I had my air stop working, windows stoped working, ABS, tire pressure, Brake lights come one. (And now check engine)

scanned OBDII, got codes, check fuses, found a fuse that was blowing, replaced it a couple time untill I narrowed it down to it blows when I turn the air dial on, it immediately blows when i set to LO. Found out about the common fan blower resistor, my had hot marks on it so I replaced it, along with the harness connector. Fuse still blows when I turn the air dial to low, dash lights up. Multimeter says both the fan connector W-Blue and B-G short to ground. I assume the W-Blue is not suppose to short to ground. Checked relay in engine bay and it’s all good, when I unplug it, the B-G no longer shorts to ground. The W-Blue cable only shorts to ground when I have the resistor plugged it, (with both the old and new resistor, ask I don’t think it’s the resistors fault.) what should I do next to diagnose the issue? I don’t know how or what cables to like check for a short to ground or anything without wire diagrams, and know where they go in the car, and I thought before I tear the dash apart I should ask.

    Fuse MINI10A

(IG1 NO.2) Anti-lock brake system, vehicle stability control system, stop lights, charging system, multiport fuel injection system/sequential multiport fuel injection system, air conditioning system, instrument pane light control, anti-glare inside rear view mirror, back monitor, clutch start cancel switch, rear differential lock system, power outlets, tire pressure warning system

and my spedometer doesnt work. What is mostly likly the cause of all these issues?

I have these codes when scanning (which I believe are all just a cause of fuse blowing) :

P0500 Vehicle Speed Sensor 'A' Circuit
U0129 Lost Communication With brake System
    P1604 Startability Malfunction

Unplug your A/C compressor and see if it still blows.

Sorry I should have been more specific, it blows even with AC off, just turning the air dial to Lo

The A/C compressor will still turn on if the mode dial is on defrost or defrost/floor.

The only things on the HVAC system that the IG1 No 2 fuse feeds is the control side of the HTR Relay, the control and load side of the MG CLT Relay which feeds the A/C compressor.

So if it only blows when the blower is turned on it can't be anything but a shorted relay, shorted wire going to the compressor, or a shorted compressor clutch.

Wow thanks a ton, I havnt done anything yet, but the dial was on the feet and defrost. So if I se the dial to say head only, then turn the air on (no /ac ) it shouldn’t blow. But if it does blow then something else is wrong. How do I check a shorted relay?

Honestly I've never seen a shorted relay but it's theoretically possible.

My bet is the A/C compressor clutch is shorted, easy enough to check by unplugging it and checking if the fuse still blows. If it doesn't then it's the compressor clutch, if it still does then pull the MG CLT Relay and check again.

Thanks your a life-saver, I unplugged compressor clutch and the fuse didn’t blow. So I just replace the compressor clutch or is it something I could fix?

Yea if the compressor is still good and not locked up you should be able to put a clutch set on it and be good to go.
