20250228_153952.jpg No pics yet, but started my suspension install after work this evening. Components are as follows:
    Bilstein 5100 fronts notch #5
1/4" spacer to correct driver's side lean
    Freedom Offroad UCA's
    ECGS needle bearing replacement bushing
    Bilstein 5100 extended travel rears
Icon RXT leaf packs assembled at Option #2
    2.5° axle shims
    Extended rear brake lines
    Carrier bearing drop
    Yokohama Geolandar G003 255/85R16

Tonight I assembled the leaf packs at option #2

Going to try and do a little bit each night when I get home each night and then full court press this weekend to finish up.

I'll post pics when it's all finished up. Been deleting all the chrome since I got it last month.

Good points, haha. Reason I ask, is, I'm getting a clunk-like noise, and I'm trying to isolate it, but pressing up and down on tire while lifted isn't letting me replicate it. I'm starting to suspect the front top shock bushings, instead of the 3 coilover mounting bolts, my front lower already went bad so this would only make sense. I'll double check them again anyway. Glad you got your noise under control.

I use the onXHunt for a few years now. It’s the best thing I’ve purchased for hunting in a long time. Especially when I hike in the wilderness.

They rear aren't 5100s as they are longer to work properly with the 1in block without losing travel. Closer to 5125s. Front are likely similar to 5100s but they have different clip settings. Probably other minor differences as well.

I'm using this currently (link - specifically the LED 6225 version). I used to have the carlinkit 5.0 auto adapter, but I switched out to the tbox max multimedia box because I'm able to watch youtube videos and anime on my car screen haha. The tbox max connection time is a bit slow tho, but I've accepted it

Hit this milestone earlier this week. Getting ready for the big service. Spark plugs, power steering fluid, rear diff fluid, cabin annd engine filters, and I think I’m going to do a transmission drain and fill. Anything else worth doing while I’m in there? PCV valve and maybe throttle body cleaning?

I would for sure bust out a throttle body cleaning. It only takes a second and if you are doing the plugs you'll be in the area anyway. I only have 45k on mine but I did my TB at 30k miles.

    Spark plugs at 60k?

    Did I miss this?

    I'm at 85k (4cyl) on the OG plugs ..

I'm getting ready for them and the drive belt, but I was under the impression we had til 100k

I changed my spark plugs at 150000klms and serpentine belt at 155000 klms. Both were in good condition although changing the plugs a bit sooner might have been beneficial because they were a bit difficult to remove.

If you have the 2016-2017 3.5L V6, make sure it is not the HP fuel pump (17ish and later have an updated part, best way to confirm it is a belt driven noise?? remove the serp belt and start the engine, if the noise goes away, you know it is a belt driven noise, but if the noise is still there, then it is not a belt driven noise... Just make sure engine is not run very long, water pump will not work with belt off obviously.. lol

EDITed to say, did you buy an aftermarket belt, or a dealer belt, and was the dealer belt the updated (as of about 3 years ago, use the most updated belt available) part number 90916-A2037??
If going aftermarket, I have had issues out of most of them over the years other than the Continental belts, if they have a better best, always use the best version of the Continental belt... As much as I hate buying anything from AZ, they carry the Conti line of belts.....

The 3.5L V6 calls for spark plug replacement at 60K for emissions warranty.... I'm pretty sure the 2.7L I4 is at 100K...

    WTF???

OK, so I ordered the Pro grill and 2 other items (March 4th), one of the items was a special order (said it would take 5-7 days to get in-ok cool), well after waiting over 2 weeks it came in and I got the 2nd email (March 20th as well as the total was removed from my checking account) from the dealer saying order #xxxx has shipped and gave me the tracking number, the email also said "It may take up to 24 hours for the shipping information to be available on the tracking page."
Well it is now 10 days later again and nothing...
So in 2 days, it will be a month waiting...

I know when I ordered my oil and stuff from a different dealer it took over 2 weeks to get my order, but damn, this is crazy.. I just hope my grill isn't being damaged sitting on the dealers floor waiting on someone to take it to the post office, or the post office to come pick it up..

Is this normal when ordering from Toyota dealers??
I just emailed the dealer this morning...:frusty::frusty::frusty:

My order #xxxx, (tracking number x*x*x*x*) is still showing "Pre-Shipment, USPS Awaiting Item March 20, 2025", as of this morning (April 2 2025) which is 10 business days later, while the e-mail states "It may take up to 24 hours for the shipping information to be available on the tracking page." Payment was taken out of my checking account on March 20 2025, so I know payment is not the issue...

Just looking for an update on my order please...

    Thank you

    This and that
Def just laying on the floor in a dealer’s stockroom, or propping open the employee bathroom door to help air it out.
Isn’t there a lot of crazy weather going on out there? Possibly delaying the shipment. Where did you order it from?

This is not uncommon. The dealer is ready to ship your package, but they have not received it yet from their supplier, sister dealership, corporate office, japan, etc. (or they did, and it was damaged and they are waiting on a replacement). They won't forget about you lol.
