With the engine on, off, or both? Is your clock on? Right now my power anything doesn't work unless the truck is on. Clock doesnt work at all. I suspect a fuse somewhere has popped and I havent looked for it yet.

Does it work from the keyfob or passenger side? The door lock switches are double-throw which means they can either send power to the door lock solenoid in the UP direction to unlock or the Down direction to lock. I bet one of the wires came disconnected from the switch. Lift out the switch panel and check everything is still hooked up.

I have tried all switches on the truck, you can hear the clicking of the body ecu but the locks won’t lock, they will unlock though.

Alright instead of me pulling your teeth one by one to get these shiny nuggets of info, start from the top and explain in detail what is going on and what you have and have not tried, please. The devil is in the details.

Ok, so after off-roading all 4 of the door locks stopped working, it still unlocked but doesn’t lock whether it’s on or off. Everything else is the same and functioning. When the power lock action button is pressed I can hear the body ecu make a clicking noise but the locks do not move. I have tried looking at the body ecu and tracking down the wires but couldn’t find anything wrong. Could there be a loose ground somewhere?

Here is a link to the factory service manual for our trucks, including wiring diagrams. It takes some getting used to, but this is an incredible resource. https://web.archive.org/web/20080731033603/http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/. Page 178 has the wiring circuit, page 180 has a written description of how everything works.

Having said that, I'm going a bit cross-eyed trying to decipher it myself. There are lots of ground points in the circuit, so it's not as if one ground is stopping all switches from working.

The lock/unlock motor gets power from Body ECU terminals 14 or 15, depending on which function you want. When you press Lock, terminal 15 has 12v+ and terminal 14 goes to ground. When you press Unlock, the opposite is true. I assume the ECU does this by switching a relay, which would be the click you're hearing. Maybe it's two relays, and one isn't working? Not sure. Hopefully someone more adept at deciphering the manual can tell you where to look.
