I have a 1996 tacoma V6 5spd. Alternator went out, swapped it out and it ran great for 4 days. Out of nowhere was completely dead again. Was able to jump it initially. Had battery tested and it was overcharged so they replaced, also tested brand new alternator and it was testing perfectly as well. All fuses and relays are intact. I replaced the battery terminals as well as the ground wire. There is absolutely no power and will not jump anymore. No cabin lights or anything, no cranking or literally anything when turning key over. Anyone have any thoughts?

Are you certain the main 80 amp alternator fuse isn't blown?
Easy way to check, see if you have power at the ALT-S Fuse (7.5A).

Are you getting power to the post in the fuse box where the cable bolts to the fuse box?

Which battery ground did you replace? There are 3 on a Tacoma. Battery to block, Battery to inner fender and back of passenger side cylinder head to firewall.

    Update:
The 80A was in fact bad when tested. I swapped that out as well as the positive to fuse box connection just because it looked a bit musty when I got in there to remove the fuse. Right after replacing the fuse I had internal power; all cabin lights and dash lights were on and the power locks worked. I let it sit for a few before trying to crank. Gave me one click and then lost all power completely again. Battery is reading high at 12.95-13V now.
    now what…

Sounds like there is a short in either the ignition or in the starter that is causing the 80a to blow. I would guess the 80a is blown again.
