Yes, I know this was a while ago, but thank you for putting all this together and for everyones comments. Just got this 1998 Tacoma shipped from California. I made the mistake of ordering the wheels/tires before it got here and got 31X10.5x15 (big I know but we need some lift to access our property) so now i'm planning to use that 3" Fabtech lift with shackles or Add-A-Leaf. Any other suggestions? Am I going to need spacers also to fit these tires? I know i'm sure we'll have to do some trimming. Worse case scenario am I going to have to sell my brand new wheels and tires (they've already been mounted)?

    Thanks everyone!

    Hello,

have been driving my new to me 98 spring spacer/add a leaf lifted tacoma for a few month now and the ride is rough. Have looked at the front end and was wondering if bolting on a ubj spacer would soften the ride up front?
Only have found info on ball joint spacers for trucks up to 95. Am I missing something.

    thanks and rgds

Fabtech 3" spindle, AAL, RC rear shocks, enough nilight lights to light the night, air horns and sirens bc why not
Tacomas dont get the UBJ spacers, hilux/original toyota pickup get them because they use a different upper control arm. (ive tried this before)

Plus i dont think with how the stock upper arms and ball joints are that any type of spacer will work without causing serve damage.
