A dry PTFE lube would serve better than WD40

What's the verdict on them after a year? Considering these against the more expensive, but stronger JD Fab kit.

I bought them shortly after I made this post along with the WarFab sleeves. It’s a pretty slick combo.

I haven’t done any crazy wheeling but everything’s held up just fine. They’re pretty beefy vs OEM tie rod ends. If you’re worried about strength, you can add in the shear tab (which JD also sells) for cheap/minimal welding. Honestly at this point, I’d say it was worth it in the sense that it’s stronger, and you don’t have to worry about torn boots/greasing. Just a little bit of dry lube here and there and they’re good to go. You cant go wrong with these or JD Fabs.

That’s just me, I’m not sure if any of the others who run them wanna chime in.

I have the PRG outters with my 3.5” LT Kit and like them so far.
The extended tubes they made are a little on the long side, so I may end up cutting them down maybe 1/2” so I have more room for toe adjustment.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
@m00seNUckLEz sells a clean setup replacing the stacking of multiple joints and bolting directly to whatever steering rack you install. Tundra/Tacoma/LC200….

This was a setup I installed on a 4Runner. Different clevis bolts for different racks but all one clean tie rod.
