Deer hunting BS thread

Hope you don’t float or blow away down there. 2 tornadoes in Cape 48 hours apart is a bit unnerving. There’s going to be a lot of folks flooded come morning around here.

Better news: got my deer tenderloins reverse seared and in my gut before I had to hunker down in the basement with the dogs.

 

I was watching Grant both times the tornados went thru up there, hope you're good.

We had a tornado warning on the south end of town tonight, not sure if it ever touched down. Luckily Im just north of town.
The rain is crazy tho!!!

Ole Grant earned his salary this week for sure. I watched him both nights too and was really impressed with him. Just more trees and powerlines down to my knowledge. Nothing major.

And it’s a toad strangler! They’re saying a foot of rain on already soaked ground. This is the one time I’m glad my house is on a huge hill (because mowing it fucking sucks).

I gotta disagree with you on that, catfish should be fried.

 

you sir..... have neva tasted ANYTHING that I have grilt, and you wont give me an opportunity to cook for you and your fellow club members, hell I even have @kwanjangnihm as my sous chef...

 

I don’t like any fish or seafood that is grilled or broiled, with the exception of shrimp. Again, fish should be fried.

 

We need to get you the right fish………

One of my buddies took his grandkids turkey hunting on my property. His granddaughter got one last weekend and his grandson got one this morning.

 

betcha them kidz would like grilt feesch

I used to be the same way til I moved to the coast and ate good fish.

still to this day, I will only eat bass, crappie, bluegill, catfish fried.
