does anyone know if this includes the relay and plug under the dash to plug into the fog lamp switch (yes I bought fog lamps and the switch) but couldn't find the plug.

If it's fully pre-wired then the connector will be there for the switch and the contacts for the relay and fuse will be there, you will need to install the fuse, relay, and switch.

Thanks Dm93, I'll have to dig a little deeper under the dash to see if the connector is there, I did check and the fuse is in the #2 spot in the fuse box in the engine compartment. I can't seem to find anything about the relay in my manual. Any ideas?
I found on another post where someone pulled the blank out and the connector was attached to it.

The relay is labeled FR FOG

The switch connector should be behind the top left switch blank, it's a Black 4 pin connector.

    Should be:

    Pin 1 (Green) Illumination +
    Pin 2 (Green/White) Illumination -
Pin 3 (Blue) Fog Lamp Relay Control
    Pin 4 (White/Black) Ground

DM93, thanks for the info. Once I put the relay in and pulled the blank out and the connector was there, connected the switch everything worked like a charm. Thanks for the information. It was great help!
