I have a 2007 Tacoma 4.0L v6. The top of the engine has a plastic cover on it. There are 2 studs that you put cap nuts on, which hold the plastic engine cover in place. I put the right nut on incorrectly and tightened it too much. Attempting to remove it caused the entire stud assembly to spin in place, and it eventually came out of the hole it was set in. I need to find the part numbers for the 4 parts in question, but can only find 2.

    - Brass stud insert thing (part # unknown)
    - Small metal circle thing that slides into the circle hole on the plastic engine cover (part # unknown)
    - Hexalobular Stud (part # 90126-A0012)
    - Cap nut (part # 90176-06023)

What are the part numbers I am looking for? Pictures below:

Those won't have part numbers as they aren't sold separately, the inserts are cast into the intake manifold when it is manufactured and the bushings are sold with the engine cover.

Only option other than replacing the intake manifold is either gluing it back into place on manufacturing something to hold a stud in place.

I'd just put it on with the one good nut and run it, the cover isn't required it's just there for appearance and to reduce engine noise.

ah, ok. If I can get the brass part separated from the nut with some vice grips or something, I can replace the stud/nut cap and epoxy the brass insert back in place.
