217k on my 2010. I replaced the hoses and thermostat at 150k as preventative maintenance. No issues at all with this super reliable truck.

Mine has 146K and it's starting to leak out of the puke hole. I intended to do it around 150K, didn't quite make it.

My water pump just let go in my 2008 at 339K! Miracle it lasted as long as it did. Original thermostat as well, which I also replaced. Leave it alone unless it's leaking.

Thermostat, water pump, all pulleys, tensioner, and fluids (didnt change hoses they looked fine but should have) done around 144k just for preventative maintenance.
Should just just replaced hoses and radiator at the same time but didnt think that one through!
