Issues with Baja’s customer service, anyone else?

Long story short I have some new squadron SAEs where the bezel/lens screws backed out after a couple hundred miles. I filed 2 separate warranty claims with Baja designs to get some replacement hardware (I’ve had great luck with their CS in the past). I only got a response to one claim and then subsequently got ghosted.

Anyone else had issues with Baja’s CS/warranty lately?

edit: in case Baja sees this the case #’s are 159445 and 165410… thanks!!

You can easily call them, they do answer the phone....
Ive had a slight issue with some recent new production stuff, they were on top of it....
Customer service has been great on many levels....
