I received a quote from the local Leer dealer for my 21' DCLB, and it seems high. I know toppers aren’t as cheap as they used to be, this still feels pretty steep.

    Quote breakdown:
    $3,650 Leer 100XR shell + install
    $225 fabric headliner
    $250 roof tracks
    $180 front tilt/slide
    Total: $4,305.00

For a topper without windoors or remote entry it seems insane.

Has anyone else received a quote recently? I’ve seen older quotes, but nothing recent. Just wondering if this is the going rate now.

Side note: If you're in Montana and have an MGM long bed topper hit me up!

Prices keep going up. I paid almost 3k with install for a bare ass Snugtop Rebel back in 22.

Got a Leer 100XR quote last year before I found used one. Windoors, roof tracks, headliner. $5600CAD. ~4k USD.

What I find wild is while shells are so expensive…if your truck gets totaled insurance will assign them a value like $200.

I paid $3200 for a loaded Snugtop back in 2018 . Factor in Covid greed , inflation, and general greed.
