    Looks like you are under the truck looking up? If so, Eh... No.

    There might be valves down there, and they might be covered. But that's not the "valve cover."

    The normal configuration for an internal combustion egine in the United States is with the valves or valve-train on top of the engine block. It's at the top close to your hood.

    Your picture looks more transmission-ey, steer-ey, exhaust-ey.

    Let's ask this way....
    What is wrong with your valves / valve cover that has you wondering and why did you take a picture where you did?

    I would say yes if that's the top of the transmission that I'm looking at.
    You would need to get a mirror and have a better look behind the engine.

    clean it up really good and toss some dye in the oil and inspect with a black light to see where the leak is coming from

    Looks like drips on exhaust but not too bad, probably valve cover. You should smell burning oil on occasion if that's the case.

    Yes, that is a valve cover, I don't think anyone doesn't understand that. He is asking about an oil leak that is probably coming from a bad valve cover gasket...
