2021 V6. Purchased used with 26k miles, Gold certified from Toyota dealer.

Just got the truck a few weeks ago. Intermittent whistle noise that I have determined does not happen when I shut off the a/c or fan completely. It only happens while driving, not in park. And only when the fan or a/c are running. Pretty low pitch sound but it’s enough for me to notice and annoying. May last only a few seconds before going away and coming back again. Went to dealer to explain and they had service tech drive it around but never heard anything. Figure I’m on my own until I can nail down how to replicate it on command to be able to show them.

    Any similar experiences or advice?

Maybe show your dealer this TSB.

Actually did show them, didn’t do anything about it. I tried on my own while in park and couldn’t get it to make the noise. I’ve only heard it while driving

I have the same issue. Got the Heisman from the dealership when I brought it in and showed them the bulletin. They test drove with me in the truck and it didn’t happen (just my luck). I’ve just gotten used to it over time. Not sure that doing nothing is the answer, but I don’t believe that it causes further damage if untouched.
