The lower arm portion on the chasis become damaged and its unable to make the aligment toe and caster after a year the wheels are worn out, tried like 5 times no matter what I do always the tires are worn out.

because of that I have decided to replace the frame. Any clues where to get a decent frame? Its long bed crew size 4.0lts

Since you're lifted 3", you probably need an aftermarket upper control arm to fix your alignment if you don't already have one. If there is something wrong with the lower arm, that is also replaceable. Most people recommend OEM, there are handful of threads with the part numbers floating around. I'm not sure why you want to replace the whole frame, from what you've described that is unnecessary and very complicated/expensive.

    Are you 2WD or 4WD?

I'd take measurements on that frame before replacing it. Need to know how far it's off if at all. Maybe it could be straightened? How rusty is it?

its very well care, will upload some pictures about the damage in the lower control arm bracket. From cellphone its not letting me to choose images.

I agree on take some measurements, I was thinking on crossed dimension, lenght and width. Any ideas on what would be these “importants “ dimensions???

I'm not seeing any photos? You may need to reupload or something. Frames are pretty tough to get hold of, particularly DCLB which it sounds like you have. Best bet is to try to find a wrecked one that is in better shape than yours

Maybe you can get somebody to weld on a new bracket?

You should be talking to your insurance company if they paid to have it repaired. Things like that are called "hidden damage." Replacing a frame is going to cost a lot of money.
