Misfire hunting

Ive got misfires on cylinders 1 and 5 I’ve been looking through all the forms i can find and everyone has simpler problems than mine. First off i couldn’t pass emissions from the idle not burning fuel efficiency. So i changed the spark plugs got new wires. I got oem plugs btw.
That’s when i started getting a misfire in cyl 1 code p0301 but i wasn’t feeling a misfire on idle or drivin, for a while. Then i started idling really bad so i checked the code and p0305 came up aswell.
I checked my spark plugs and my compression my injectors my coil packs. My injectors work good And have power. I’ve switched the coil packs around and it’s still missing on 1 and 5. Mostly 1 shows up and then 5 shows later. The compression is at 130 on cyl 1.
