Do I Need New Leafs?

Bilstein 6112/5100 at 2” (6/8 circlip, 3/8” top spacer, sway bar drop bracket, YotaWerx Black Hawk 2.0 tune, Borla Pro XS exhaust, Freedom Off-Road UCA’s, Alphrex Luxx Series smoked taillights, Westin bull bar, 265/65r18 Cooper Rugged Trek tires, 18x9 Anthem Off-Road wheels -12 offset, 4.5 backspace. Rock Sliders that I fabricated.

So I was installing my new Bilstein 5100’s in the rear today (my 6112’s for the front have not arrived yet) and I noticed my leafs absolutely flat. (Yes I will be getting rid of the blocks) I plan to do either new leafs or AAL to achieve the 2” of lift I am after. But if my leafs are bad, no point doing AAL. Also, I do plan to Off-Road periodically. Would AAL’s even be advisable?

Personally, if I had 7 year old leaf springs I’d spend the money up front and get new leafs. Icon RXT, Deavers, Archive Garage, etc. You will have to replace them soon enough even if you decide to put an AAL in that pack.
