Transplanted most of my herbs today (grown from seed). The rosemary was planted when we moved into this house 3 years ago and going strong!

From the rosemary end: Thai chili (jalapeño in the nursery pot), Genovese basil, mammoth dill, English thyme (common thyme in the cups), and cilantro.

I forgot to water my 2 year old oregano over the winter I’m sprouting a new plant along with sage (new to me and we will see how it handles the Texas summer).

 

Thanks to all you guys with help on my fig trees.........Olympic fig is completely loaded with baby figs!!!!

Sandy soil, lots of lime, and lots of flower bloom, lower nitrogen food!!

 

Apple tree question, does all apple trees blossom before leaves?

 

No. Ours leaf, then bloom.

 

I have couple that bloomed then started leaves. One is leafed out but no blossoms, couple others are leafing out but no blossoms

 

Depends on the variety.
We have Yellow and Red Delicious, Enterprise, and Liberty. I want to say they all bloomed after the leaves were out.

Nice. You may get 2 harvests then. Figs will do 2 harvests a year, if the weather is right.

The tag around the stem says Dewar Nurseries.

Same here my friend, definitely an oddball.

 

Had frost again last night. I did cover up some stuff...poor apples wont ever get a chance

 

Emailed the Nursery, after several back and forth of pictures they verified it came from them, they believe it is a Glencoe.
