Up for sale is a set of rear bolt on shock mounts for a 95-04 Toyota Tacoma. These bolt onto the rear cross member bolts and move the upper shock mounts outside of the frame rail. I prototyped these and have been using them on my truck since March 2023. They come with 5/8” ID bushings for the upper studs as well as a Toyota pickup lower rear shock mount that installs on the passenger side. You will reuse one of your stock lower mounts on the driver side. There are only two sets of these in existence, the other one is on my truck. Go here and read all the details if you are interested: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/feeler-1st-gen-tacoma-bolt-on-outboard-shock-mounts.794657/

These require wheel spacers to clear tires at full articulation. I have various other shock bushings if you need them to go with this.

Being that it's 100% bolt on I bet there would be a fair amount of interest from those who can't or don't want to weld.

What about if using wheels with very low offset?

I'm running the following right now:
16”x7.5” 15mm offset TRD FJ Trail Team Wheels
    1.25” Wheel spacers
265/75/16 Cooper Discoverer Road + Trail
(Previously had 255/85/16 Cooper ST MAXX)

With the MAXXs I had 3/8" between the shock body and the side wall. I have not measured with my new tires.

Based on that information, you could probably get away with 1" wheel spacers with the same wheel/tire combo. Or same wheel specs with at least -10mm offset.
Changing the wheel width will change those numbers. Say you had 16x8 wheels, you would need at least -17mm offset without spacers.
SCS F5 16x8 with -25mm offset would work without spacers, for example. There aren't that many wheels that have that negative of an offset though.
