Diode Dynamics gap?

    I installed these diode dynamics amber fog lights and noticed these gaps. Are these normal? Also when installing the fog lights I noticed that the fog light screw placement does not align well with bracket. Only could screw one in. Did they send me the wrong headlight for a different generation? Many thanks

    The brackets are 3rd Gen and compatible with 2nd Gen, but to mount to the bumper you only use the single upper bolt (just like 3rd Gen). See review posted here:

    You can slide the fog forward back in the mount to minimize the gap. It shouldn’t be touching though as you need the ability to tilt for proper aiming.
