Don’t drive this old girl that much anymore, but sent off recent oil change (264,000 miles), what do you think? Put new radiator and alternator in last year

It doesn't say much really. I say that because so much info is missing.

The numbers are good but just the same it could have had 10 miles and 2 years on old oil?
No other oil changes to get averages from, but mainly how many miles are on this oil change? I would be curious what oil and weight also.

the fine print states that 6 quarts of make up oil was added
was engine bone dry?? does it burn or weep that much in just 1000 miles?

need more data for a trend...

Not sure why they wrote 6 qt…it takes 5.2 qt with filter
It says 1,000 miles on this oil in about a year (not driven much at all )
It says Mobil 1 High Mileage 5W-30

I’m interested in the metals etc in the report , was hoping someone might have experience with this kind of report

    thanks

Seems to be, and iron and aluminum. Their little report mentions dirt as possible cause for silicon, and wear for the others. I was curious if someone else with a high mileage Tacoma had done this, and what their thoughts might be. I’ve never done an oil analysis before. Thx

I used Blackstone on the sports car long time ago….(b4 STI engine swap)
    Once
The report came back with Way High amt of copper….120k miles on Subaru
    I started freaking out
    After researching
Typical readings for subie NA 2.5’s….can’t determine “oil health” from one report

    I.E.
You need at minimum 3 Blackstone reports to actually detect an issue/anomoly

If you change your oil at normal intervals, you will fine
