FS: ARB Simpson Roof Top Tent (RTT) with Annex - Everett, WA SOLD

ARB Simpson Roof Top Tent (RTT) with annex room. Purchased lightly used and we used it last Summer. It's been aired out and stored under cover since. The tent has no rips, tears or stains. The cover is in good shape, but the Velcro is getting a little worn out.

Comes with an annex room (not pictured) that attaches to the bottom around the ladder increasing useful space. We mounted the tent too low to use. I've added a stock photo of what it would look like.

Can help load/install, but will need a few people to lift it. Rack not included, only the tent/anex.
