So I just took my truck in for an alignment because I just installed new leaf springs and bilstein 5160 shocks and noticed it’s pulling slightly to the left while driving. After alignment, as soon as i got it on a straight road I noticed its pulling to the right and worse than it was before. I immediately went back to the shop and asked for the alignment sheet. I don’t know anything about the numbers so can anyone tell me if it the numbers are good or what? Thanks!

Horrid numbers, but you only mention rear hardware.

What are you running up front?

Independent shop? Dealer? Big box tire/alignment shop? Truck specialty shop? Shop with sober employees?

It has bilstein 5100 and stock UCA/LCA. With MT Baja boss 285/70R17. Bought this truck about a month ago with the 5100 and Baja tires on it already. The rear suspension I changed because it was sagging pretty bad.

It’s a truck shop that specializes in Toyota down here in SoCal. The majority of reviews are really good and seems like everyone with a Toyota truck goes to them.

What notch is the front set on? Highest?

Did anyone mention the adjusters being maxed out or frozen?

When I went back in to get the printout, I mentioned it now pulls to the right. Didn’t get a response and just handed me my printout.

nope. No one mentioned anything. But when I went back to pick up the numbers sheet, I mentioned it now pulls to the right. Didn’t get a response and just handed me my sheet.

not sure why you asked for the sheet & not just made them aware its pulling......
Should have asked to speak to someone who had a clue....

    go back.....
find a road thats truly flat first & verify it truly is pulling...
some roads are pitched to the right for water run-off, that will cause a pull to the right....

The person you mentioned it to, just a desk chick or an actual tech, shop manager, etc...

I will go back tomorrow. I work graveyards but I work up early this morning with only 4 hours of sleep to get in before it gets busy there.

I had a long drive back home. It was pulling to the right the whole time lol

I didnt do alignments for a living so dont quote me on this...
But from readings & comparing #s & specs, etc, your camber & caster look off...

The before numbers are actually right on for what should drive well. A little heavy on the castor but thats not going to hurt anything (camber could be better matched but this will comp for road crown too). the pull you could have now is from the lack of castor ad the truck following the road more now.

Given the before and after, theres no doubt you have the range of adjustment to be in spec for all measurements. One thing to note is that SAI shouldn't change at all, this is the angle between your hub face and the imaginary line through the ball joints and is not adjustable. This makes the operator suspect.

Do you have a tophat spacer over driver's side 5100 if they are both maxed?
My 2016 at 2" had a passenger drift until I removed the spacer and instead put driver side up one more notch than passenger side.
