    Interesting. I would guess the good folks at King have given you the needed clearance if you want to keep the sway bar. They seem to be pretty good at what they do.

    I did remove them after I posted it. You would be fine with 650#. There is a little sway with 600s. But I don’t regret it at all.

    Used this write up recently and it helped so much!
    :cheers::cheers::cheers:
    I will add that for folks like myself with noodle arms you can CAREFULLY use a jack to hold up the sway bar while you remove the brackets. This helps a lot so you don't accidentally slam the sway bar into the tow rods.

    Keepin the thread alive here.
    Thanks OP, Annolino122 !!
    The write up and pics were awesome my brotha!
    I contemplated this mod for awhile.
    Pulled the trigger because I noticed signs that my sway bar made contact with my Ironman foam cell coil overs.

    I believe the UCAs would have solved this issue but that’s not in my budget right now.
    The removal went pretty smooth on my 10year old 2015 dbl cab.
    For me the 5.5 Allen wrench felt a little loose so I tried a 6 and it went in. I used my mallet to loosen the nut, then I didn’t even need the Allen as I was able to remove the nut by finger. No salted roads for my rig. It lived in Arizona before I bought it and bought to SoCal.
    I used a floor jack for support to unbolt and lower the front of my after market skid plates. Then I removed the 2 brackets that hold the bar to the frame.
    Next I wrestled the bar out by first rotating the arms upward to heed your advice of being cautious about the CV boots. Then lowering the center part down in front of the skid plate.
    Overall it was not very difficult to do by myself.

    I have about a 2 1/2” lift, skid plates and slide rails. But with a stock bumper and no wench my springs are a little stiff for my front end weight, so I expect it to ride fine. I will find out when I drive to work in the morning.
    Thanks again for all the info
