If you run out of room you have 2 choices,

    1. Drink more.
    2. Build a bigger cabinet.

This is where I keep finding myself. I'm trying to figure out a logical way to have a portable bar in my kitchen. :D

Indeed! I had an 18 year single barrel Elijah Craig that was fantastic. Hard to go wrong with Elijah.

    PXL_20250418_032133011.MP.jpg

I should do both, but in reverse order. I keep a pretty strict rule about no power tools after or during drinking. :sawzall:

Put it on a drink cart. You can wheel it into whatever room you want to drink in, or into a closet when respectable company is coming to visit.

"Respectable company", lol! Anyone who falls under that category wouldn't show up here in the first place.

Of course, I'm kidding. It's honestly surprising how many decent people regularly associate themselves with me.

I like the drink cart idea. The difficult part is trying to figure out a way to make something that can accommodate my messy way of fixing cocktails without being attached to permanent plumbing.

Respectable company in WI typically drinks quite heavily.

You just need a shallow tray on top with a hose that can reach your floor drain.

You mean a hose that goes into a bucket to drink later.

I've considered the idea of a drain into a bucket, which could be emptied later.

Maybe it would just make more sense to make a portable cabinet for my regular dishes, so that I could dedicate more counter space to mixing cocktails.:D

If I ever visit your house I hope you don't consider me respectable company. I might be offended.

Put some 12 inch wheels on it and he could push it around from campsite to campsite. Kinda like an airline stewardess.
