Why is this so difficult? My 2018 Tacoma came from the factory out of alignment and I ended up wearing out the front tires in a relatively short time. I had a dealer re-align it then installed new tires. Now the drivers inside tire is bald and the others are good. I’m reluctant to try another dealer. Where to go for a quality front end alignment? I’m in the Portland area.

Do you have the before/after alignment sheets from your last alignment? I can't really help you decipher them, but others here will be able tk if you post them. Whats the mileage interval, and have you rotated your tires? One thing you cam do is look at the alignment tabs and see if they're starting to get hammered over/away from the alignment cam. I've had my truck aligned once, similar issue to you, the fronts wore very rapidly on the factory alignment on mine, even with several rotations I needed new tires iirc around 16k miles. If the alignment tabs are visibly bent/damaged, there's several methods to reinforce them once they're bent bsck into position, marlincrawler has a multi-piece brace kit that reinforces the tabs but ties the pivot points front and rear into the frame. I'm considering that kit as I can weld that on myself without tearing apart the front end.

As already mentioned if you have the alignment sheets pre and post alignment they’re lots of members here that can give you great advice.
