I know that I am several years behind this chat, but I am hoping that I can still get some information. I have thought of multiple ways of extending my fuel range for my 2017 Tacoma ever since I went to 35s. I am planning a trip to Utah from Tennessee while pulling my camper. I do not want to stop every 2 hours to fill up the truck. After several different ideas, I can up with this setup that I believe will work for me the best in my situation. I know longer believe the swing arm is practical in my case, so I discovered and ordered this bed racks that can store a 35 inch spare. I have also ordered two of these 11 gallon cylinder fuel tanks. I was going to build some brackets and weld them to the side of this rack. Then plumb the tanks together to gravity feed them into the stock tank. I was reading the other messages about having more fuel weight than the OEM tank to push into the evap system. Does anyone have any information how to build this setup to gravity feed so I won’t have an issue. Or would I need to buy a fuel pump to pump the fuel from the auxiliary tanks into the OEM tank to cut off over filling the OEM tank.
