Wanting to install new pioneer system with 7 inch touchscreen and remove the old tuner that has 4 of my CD's stuck in it any and all the information I can get on this would be greatly appreciated wanting to preserve the CD's if possible

Install instructions come with products, Crutchfield might be a good site to see all the options.

With your old one out of the vehicle you should be able to open it and remove the CDs. Not having done this on a Toyota unit, all I can suggest is that *may* be a destructive exercise. However, there's not much market for 15 YO OE head units, so there's that.
