    Hi guys ! You’re my last hope I have been battling with this code for months‍♂️2010 Tacoma 2.7 , regular cab , 2WD,,, Automatic. Here a list of everything done to fix this issue : spark plug , coil and injector replaced, 150 psi compression at first stroke ending in 180 psi, injector connector checked for positive voltage, injector pulse signal from computer checked with a noid light tester, new fuel pump, what am I missing???☹️ , any fresh advice or recommendation that help me to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

    A slow leak from a headgasket can cause this, it wont even be noticeable with the reserve level.

    Most times its a misfire on cold start that clears away, but it can happen on load.

    A pressurized coolant system with a borescope is my next suggestion.
