I'm a desert rat. It was in the low 20s, and I just don't do that kind of cold. I didn't pop all the vents, so there was a little condensation. It might have been less if I had. Overall, though, it was very comfortable.

I learned how heavy the top gets with 6 inches of snow on it, though. I had to brush it all off before I could open it back up to finish tucking everything in.

Finally got around to hard wiring my Starlink Mini to my AuxBeam controller (the “GPS” position on the controller) so I can leave the Jackery at home. I put a voltage booster in line to accommodate for the voltage loss due to the length of the power cable.
Works like a charm to keep the Netflix going for my better half and the YouTube going for my boy!

Has anyone put a fan in the roof? We're looking to get one and wondering if anyone has any pro-tips on installing one. Looks like we might need to add a spacer of some sort since the SP roof is pretty thin and will need something for the screws to grab onto.

Really excited to upgrade to a SP. Just made this account so I can post my GFC for sale. 49 more posts to go until I can post in the for sale thread!

I'd post on the GFC forum marketplace, if you haven't already...and no required minimum post count.

Thanks, I'd actually love to! I don't remember the password to my account there, and it won't send me the email to reset it. I emailed GFC support. I also posted the ad on Facebook.

I went and found one that is new to me, ha. Took a drive north of SF for it though. Met up with a guy off of SP's marketplace. Didn't really have much of a plan other that he said we could meet up at Home Depot and find some laborers, ha. I said, sure, that's on you though.

Super weird seeing my truck without any gear on the back.

    Dude actually found laborers, ha.

Then I made is as far home as I could before pulling over and setting it up for the night.

But then I got home and found I'm just a little too tall for my garage now. Even if I air down, ha. Is raising my garage door header going to far?

I was pleasantly surprised to find out mine fits under the covered parking at the new shop.

Stupid build as small as possible garages here, smh, ha. Ground to top of tent is 83 and some odd inches. Which technically should have fit. Dumb stucco and trim and weather stripping, haha. It was worth a shot.
