Headed to work today and noticed the a/c nor heater is working. VERY VERY little air barely coming out.

Checked fuses and every looked good.

Blower motor wasn't working though. Could that alone cause this?

Or do I have to be concerned about replacing the compressor?

Truck does have 145K on it.

Of course. Nothing exits the vents unless the blower motor is running.

2016/2017 has a recall or at least at TSB about the blower motors in them. Mine was replaced, and I haven't had any issues. Have you checked to see if yours has been done? That's where I'd start, without the blower motor, it wont move any amount of air.

Yeah I'd say that a little well done for my tastes. Have you owned the truck since new? If not, I'd check the Toyota Owners site, plug ya VIN in and see what all, if any recalled and or TSB work has been noted and or completed. It should list them all, mine does. If it's outta warranty and you're on ya own, it isn't a hard thing to replace. Loads of videos on YT how to handle the repair, and you can order a brand new blower motor from Sparks online for under $200 bones shipped. Not that any of us wanna be out $200 bucks, but it's pretty straight forward and think of it this way, Summer is directly ahead of us and you'll be needing that AC soon enough.

2nd owner at 49k miles, has 145k now. No recalls show up lol. Summer isn't the issue... its my long distance trip from NC to TX that's coming next week!

Cool, funny enough I have an appointment with the dealer anyways with for an alignment. The parts come up on their site as the same price.

Hell yeah, as long as they don't charge ya and arm and a leg for a simple enough replacement, I'd go with the Dealership as well. Should have an added parts & labor warranty as well.
