I’m 56 and just diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. Penn Medicine’s plan is 4-6 months of chemo, then Whipple surgery. Basically my 2025 is done.
I’ve also researched the Immunotherapy Institute in Tijuana, MX. Their plan is 18 days of treatment, cancer free at the last day (hopefully).

All I can offer is I'm sorry.

Chemo isn't fun, and the Whipple surgery is quite the procedure.

Is there a published, verifiable success rate with the Mexico treatment? Seems like if it was solid they'd have a waiting list. 18 days and clear is quite the claim.

I know a lady who had stage 3 blood cancer. She did 1 round of chemo and quit. She went to the institute in Tijuana and was clear of cancer in 18 days

Get on a prayer chain, One day at a time! Get a second opinion if you haven’t already. June 2022 stage 1 colon cancer, March 2023 stage 3 esophagus cancer. They missed it when they found the colon cancer, a second opinion would have certainly saved a lot of misery!! 7 chemo and 23 radiation treatments over 6 weeks, then esophagectomy 7 weeks later. Was officially in remission July 20th 23. Lots of vitamin d and E, Also did this to keep it from coming back?

Sorry to hear. Quite the gut-punch, I'm sure. In addition to the conventional treatment options, I'd also look into the carnivore diet and extended fasting. The idea is to starve the cancer of the sugar it needs to feed itself.

I’m so sorry to hear this, I will keep you in my thoughts.

I have no personal experience with Cancer although several members of my immediate family have battled it (my uncle and my wife’s sister).

I am big into the health and wellness stuff and I have heard that if you do Chemo, taking a transdermal Glutathione supplement can significantly reduce the side effects of the chemo. It’s just an amino acid so no funny stuff.

Aura wellness is a pretty reputable company run by a doctor that sells a spray version you can order online. Hope this helps. I’d certainly ask your doctor about it before trying it just to be safe.

We had a rash of deaths in my family in 1999 from a variety of cancers including pancreatic. My heart goes out to you and the battle you must fight. My cousin Darrell was diagnosed with lung cancer and he never smoked. He got it from asbestos in the factory he worked at while going to school to be a nurse. He would come home covered with it. When it finally caught up with him he decided to go down fighting and lived every minute of his life like there was no tomorrow. Darrell was not a guy who you'd think would fight like that but he did. He did everything he wanted to do and 3 weeks before he died the airline refused to let him on board a plane with oxygen tanks. He was on his way to go scuba diving in Florida. I was so proud of him and so was everyone else who knew and loved him. Its still your life to live. There are a lot of people who will pray for you. I will as well but personally I hope you kick cancers ass like Darrel tried to do.

I have my doubts on the Tijuana treatments also, but I’m available to drive you there. I am familiar with the town and go shopping there at least once a year.

    Update.
First, thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.
We returned home today from Tijuana. The back pain is subsiding which is hopefully evidence of the tumor shrinking. We are probabaly headed back in 3 weeks for a 10 day treatment which will be the last Tijuana visit. The doctors are thinking the Whipple surgery is a foregone conclusion which we will have done in Phila, PA when the time comes.
I have a scheduled appointment at Penn Hospital 4/24 for another dose of chemo.

Just started MB a few weeks ago! Hopefully it helps the chemo brain? Not sure what the blend was but they also gave me don’t coconut flavored stuff to help prevent neuropathy from the chemo, I had some symptoms but they went away quickly after treatment so it likely helped? I’ll find it and post it here.

I'm glad to hear this and it has made my Easter ! Thank you!! My dad choose not to seek help, he passed 6 months after the same diagnosis as you. He also was diabetic. I hope the journey fairs well and I'll be here for the journey :fistbump:

One of my best friends beat pancreatic cancer through chemo, Whipple, and tons of prayers. He has been cancer free for 4 years now and we still fish together. He is retired from LE and is now head of security for a country music performer and travels on tour with the show. When he's home he is completely dedicated to his wife, kids, and grand babies.
Pray constantly and fight like you're the third monkey on the ramp to Noah's ark and it's starting to rain.
