Looks good, I've played around with N2 pressures. Ended up at 100psi instead of the standard 200psi.

Care to share the .step file for the leaf plate? I'm about to do the same exact thing myself. The poly bumps are super harsh.

Swapped out the 37x12.5x17 BFG KM3's for a set of 38x13.5x17 Patagonia M/T 02's. Happy with them so far. I was always told that the BFG's ran small, but the 38" tires are noticeably larger then the 37" BFG's.
When I added the air bumps on the front, I added back in the HD leaf that originally came with the leaf pack and replaced the rear bent up chevy 63" springs with a "fresh" set from the salvage yard. The old 63" springs were the newer design with 3 thicker leafs, the "fresh" set are from a 99 chevy 1/2 ton and have 4 thinner leafs. They ride a little better in my opinion.

My brand new set of KM3s 37x12.50 measured in at 35.5".
Now my 39x13.50 KM3s measure at 38.5"...not sure what's up with that.

Pricey yes. I found a used set of 5 for $1700 and sold my 37s for $1500. But I won't buy those tires brand new, 40s are cheaper

No tires are true to size. My old 40” stt pro measured 39.75” and current 42” Mickey Baja measured 41.90”

But per spec, KM3s 37x12.50 should measure 36.50” but damn at 35.50"

Yea no tires ever measure true.
I guess my point was that between the two BFG sizes they didn't both run small.
As in I would expect the 39" to measure out at 37" since the 37" measured out at 35.5"
Toyo/Nitto seem to be the best at running a true size.

IDK about Toyo. My old set of 37" Open Country M/T measured 36.75" new. I have no experience with Nitto but I haven't found a set that is true to size. My old 35" GY DuraTrac measured 34.25" when new and 35" KM2 M/T measured 34"

How come you threw back in the HD leaf? I also pulled out that leaf from my TG pack. Do you run the block with the new 4 leaf 63s?

I put it back in to try to stiffen up the front a bit. The springs had settles quite a bit and I was only about 2 - 2.5" off the solid rubber bumps.

I do run the 1" block with the 4 leaf Chevy 63's - this helps keep it level with the RTT and all the gear in the bed.
