Part Number for a 3.4 block drain plug assembly

I'm looking for a block drain plug assembly for the 3.4 engine. It's essentially a two part pipe fitting, one part goes into the block and the other part is removed to drain the coolant. It's not for a particular vehicle, but these were found on 97 tacomas with the 3.4. I assume the tundras and t100's as well. There is exactly 1 on Ebay , but it's very used and 60 bucks. The closest thing I've found online to order new is 96431-23814 . This only looks like one piece to the two piece drain.
