Iirc, you’re gonna need more than 50psi in it to trigger that pressure switch to allow it to operate. Also make sure your suction and discharge lines are correct, I had mine switched and obviously it didn’t work.

I would probably go rewire the whole thing exactly the way I had it in that diagram, even if you don’t use some of the outputs you don’t need, but atleast it will keep the PIN numbers the same and you know for sure if that’s causing your issue or not, because 100% it worked for me.

Yeah let me figure out what is going on with the fuel pump and I'll give that a try also.

Should also get the system evacuated and recharged to the correct capacity.

since my truck has been broken for the better part of 9 months now, my AC stopped working. Not sure if it leaked out all the refrigerant or not, or if my module stopped working after cooking in the sun. But I’ll have to revisit that soon, it’s starting to get hot here again.

Where in the truck will you mount the Audrino module?

I was thinking to use 3M double sided tape and tape it to the engine ECU. That way I have access should I need to troubleshoot.

I see your diagram says that the 2.5V 9hz signal is going to pin 7 on the A/C amplifier but the 2.5v 9hz signal should go to pin 6 (AC lock) on the A/C amplifier. 12v should be supplied to pin 7(AC permission). Did you connect the temp gauge pin from my temp gauge converter module to pin 19 on the A/C amplifier (ECT)? You also connected your RPM signal to pin 22 (Tach) on the A/C amplifier right?
