Just 1.25 inch spacers so far
A couple years back I put a 3” lift on my 2003 Tacoma. I put OME coilovers in the front that raised it 3” and Dakar add a leaf 2.5” in the back with OME shocks. The lift is great but I wish I would’ve done more research before doing it because it’s not what I wanted. Ive got 31” tires and the 2.7 4cyl and the new suspension just feels way too stiff. I’ve been dailying my car for the past 2 years hoping that they’d soften up a bit but it’s just become more noticeable uncomfortable. I’m now looking for ways to soften up the ride. I plan to just take a couple leafs off the back but for the front I’m looking for new coilovers that are preferably adjustable. I still want a 1.5-2.5” lift but I need something that’ll be softer for everyday driving but will also perform off-road. I like to do a bit of overlanding and off-roading but I don’t plan on doing any crawling or anything crazy. Any coilovers that you’d recommend?

Fox 2.0s, all day. Kinda an entry level premium shock.

They're significantly better than the OME and Bilstein offerings that 99.9999% of 1st Gen owners have, but not quite on par with the top shelf 2.5 offerings from King/Fox/Icon/ADS/etc.

    And they're adjustable height (I believe 0-2.5").

Post them up for trade. There maybe someone out trying to swap.

2" was perfect for me, not too much stress on CVs and cleared 33x10s while still being level (Bilstein 6112 front and 5160 rears). Much better for daily driving and was able to remove the sway bar w/out feeling unsafe due to coil spring. I could overland or rip in the desert (no big whoops of course, but still fun). That said, if you want adjustment and great warranty support, you should shell out for Kings. Fox's support is supposedly not great, but I'm not speaking from firsthand experience.
