2021 Toyota Tacoma right turn signal and rights alternately flash back and forth

    Don't know if anyone else has had this experience when I put on my right turn signal the right turn on the brights flash the opposite of the rt turn signal. The brights are off.
    When the bulb is plugged in the bright icon illuminates in the instrument cluster when I unplug the bulb it goes away left turn and headlights work perfectly fine
