My dad bought a 2024 Tacoma and the left strut snapped. The truckhas been at the dealership for four weeks and they cannot find the part. Does anyone know of anywhere else potentially overseas that sells these parts? any help is appreciated!!

Have you tried LKQ they will be used but it will get the truck back on the road. They buy totaled vehicles and dismantle them and sell to all kinds of dealerships and bodyshops.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
This is 4th gen right? I doubt anybody has anything used. I would go straight to Japan. You can try a different Toyota dealer in a different region. The dealer can do a nationwide search but some other dealers won’t release them to others. You can go direct to that dealer and buy it from them.

what about just having it repaired in the interim? I don’t know the damage but you have coilovers and not struts. I’m assuming it could probably be welded.

    This...
Nationwide search, they did it, im sure....
They can also escalate the situation notify parts highers within toyota you need one but get it any faster...
    It may take 6 months+...
toyota still has supply chain issues...
make the payment, demand a free rental, forget about it...
