Just wondering if anyone knows what I need to replace if my coolant is spraying and leaking everywhere out of this part (I think it’s the thermostat housing?) would I be able to just change the gasket since my thermostat works perfectly fine? Thank you in advance

Coolant also seems to be dripping out of the back of the skid plates as well so is that a sign of a leak elsewhere or just this leak going backwards because of the slope on my driveway

Yes it appears that the Thermostat housing is leaking ( see the pink dried coolant on the retaining nut ). There could also be leaks on the hoses, but that is hard to see from the images you supplied.

As for the coolant running out the rear of the skid plate that is probably just running off from the thermostat leak.
