    Got some 35x12.5 tires and some 17x9 -12 wheels. After a CMC, hammering pinch weld, cutting fenders and fender liners, with -12 offset would upper control arms get on the way? Have 2in bilstein leveling kit

    I think you should be fine. From what I hear -12 offset will push the tire far enough away from the UCA so it does not rub when it is turned and stuffed.
