I've been to Banff a bunch. Where are you able to drive down to the river? Or, is this just outside the parks?

Ya this was right outside of the parks.

 

My buddy and I ran around Clear Creek today. Beautiful weather, had the place to ourselves. We had the padlock combos for the two gates entering and climbing to the top; unfortunately the gate at the very top was locked with a different code so we had to turn around and head back down. Still a fun day.
