Sort of. The high-temperature insulation on the bulb passes through a rubber grommet, and a replacement bulb with its shorter pigtail will need to be spliced within the enclosure, or as many people do, routed through a sliced-open grommet. Definitely doable, but kind of a pain. Why ARB didn't specify a bulb that could simply be changed I know not.

The adjuster and spring hardware on those fogs rusts, too. I took mine out for Evapo-Rust and repainting before I went with DD.
