I liked the New Riff better. Apparently this Bulliett is actually distilled by them and not sourced.

I am going with a Stagg tonight.

Just finished up this simple table for my remote and drink. Breaking it in with a nice sip.

What's more welcoming and heartfelt than some EH Taylor and some Blanton's arriving at your door, tis a great day.

It was a great day for sure. I've never had these before and have never seen them in a store in these parts. I'm waiting for a special occasion to crack the Blantons. The Taylor is magnificent.

On a side note, I had sinus surgery about a month ago. They basically carved everything out and opened me up. I've had issues my whole life. Holy crap can I taste things now. It's like a new superpower. Food and drink is so different now. There are bourbons that I thought were pretty good that now kinda fall short now that I can taste a wider spectrum. It's been weird but eye opening.
