I noticed on my new fourth GEN that the driver seat is absolutely uncomfortable. It is a manual seat not electric and it pops creeks and makes noises anytime I shift around in the seat. I want to add that I’d have less than 1000 miles and it sounds like this thing is a couple years old. Does anybody else have this issue? Is there anyway to fix this issue?

No problems here with my manual seat. Silent. Have you confirmed your seat is not currently "in between" two latching points on the fore/aft adjustment? That can cause noises like you describe.

I have. It’s between the top and the middle of the seat. it’s usually either when I lean forward or move to the side.

You’re not alone, others have voiced similar issues. There’s some home-grown solutions floating around, but I suspect that many owners are probably putting up with it until Toyota relays a fix down to the dealers. The seat design is pretty comfy, but in execution it feels flimsy from the inside out.

My thought is that if a reputable automotive supplier can’t produce a decent seat for a $50-$60k Toyota truck in the year 2025, maybe they should instead consider focusing their business model on producing wicker chairs for the Walmart Garden Center. Or, at least maybe Toyota should consider sending them in that direction.
