Everything you typed is correct. The thread got long and the "facts" are scattered through it. Thank you.

Generally wheel spacers are frowned upon. Wheel spacers add stress to wheel bearings, hubs, and ball joints. As far as I'm aware, wheel spacers don't offer any additional brake rotor cooling. In the case of our Tacomas, wheel spacers move the wheel/tire further back and forward during turning so they essentially reduce tire clearance when turning.

My Tacoma is ready for its 4th set of front wheel bearings which is one of many "prices paid" for installing 37's on these trucks. The front left is getting sketchy. NAPA pre assembled front hubs have lifetime warranties so for me it's solely about getting the time to do the work.

Yea Im not really liking the wheel bearing issues it could cause.

Why did you install a Tundra brake master cylinder? What is the benefit or what is different than the Taco master cylinder ? The brake boosters look the same size from your photos.

My trucks wheel bearing issues are from the 37" tires and nothing else.

I answered your above questions in the reply to the PM you sent me.

The biggest advantage, by far, of the brake changes I made were from the Tundra's dual diaphragm brake booster.

Tundra brake booster swap is done. However. I was sent a booster with a broken fitting. I’m going to reach out to the seller (lkq on eBay) and check with Toyota. Does anyone happen to have a junk booster with that fitting I need? Truck is currently down.

Hey, I'm finding that it's a stroke sensor and ONLY available with the booster so don't break it if it doesn't come off easily.

I got my Tundra booster and brake cylinder installed. Yes, it's a huge difference. I actually have brakes now. Too much in the front actually that I may have to put a proportioning valve on the front to back them down a bit but I want to give it a run in the dirt first. If my brake system before was "good and working" (I don't know if it truly was) this Tundy swap is a 75% improvement. I'm on 35" tires with stock front and rear brakes. Install was easy too. Only needed 2-short lines, 2-female couplers, 2-12mm-10mm adapters and the pedal rod extension.
