The other fourth gen owners have an issues with the door or the door jam rattling? It seems like I have to slam the door shut for it to not happen. If it does start happening, sometimes I can actually open it and then slam it shut and it goes away for a little while.

I’ve noticed some times that the seat belt buckle on the passenger side (when I don’t have a passenger) will rub and make a rattling noise- could that be it?

I wish. Because I also have issues with the seat belts too. It’s the door or door panel. Mostly on the driver side. It like it isn’t latched all the way and vibrates.

I don’t know about the door panel rattles as mine is solid for now but you guys can apply Velcro felt on the panel where the seatbelt hangs to stop it from hitting it.

I have what sounds like a ping pong ball dropping in my driver side B pillar right under the seat belt assembly. It happens more consistently over rougher roads but I have not been able to narrow it down.

The dealership said they have heard it before and had reports of it but no resolution steps yet. It is definitely something inside the seat belt assembly within the b pillar.

Kind of wondered if it was the b pillar.

My passenger door had a rattle that would come and go. Sometimes bumps in the road would initiate it or make it go away. I slid the piece of trim with "TRD" on it off and there is a screw underneath which was loose. Took about 6 turns to tighten down that solved the problem! Maybe this could be your issue too?
