Went to the local bone yard and found an 02 extended cab and on the floor was this gem.
Needs some cleaning up and armorall, but for 99 cents, it's hard to gripe.

    Oh my gosh!
I was going to say it was marine vinyl, but once I started picking at the inside edges, it was obviously not.
I had to tke it out in the sun light to double check.
    It is leather.
    Wow....now I'm glad I didn't hit it with Armorall.

It never dawned on me to consider it made of leather.
    Wow!

    Thanks.

Sorry, I don't think I wish to sell it.

If I don't use it for the taco, the chevy can inherit it.

Owners manual cases are some of the coolest things to find at junkyards. I had one for a 2003 S-class that I used for my old CRV.

I have the crappy thin plastic red one that came with the taco
But inside was the thin credit card blank plastic key (in case of locking keys in the vehicle)

cut the blank and hid for when the 15yr loses keys in tge future

Anybody got a plastic key? Mine came with all the goodies and the little plastic key cut out to open door in the toyota pouch. Guess it would still open door.
